Choose your bag type, add your requirements, and request a quote. Match the format to how your product is filled, displayed and used. Stand-up and flat-bottom pouches suit upright shelf display; spout pouches support pouring or squeezing. For form-fill-seal (FFS) lines, choose rollstock that fits your machine.

Stand-up zipper pouches

Snacks, nuts, dried fruit, pet treats, coffee refills and household refill packs.

The bottom gusset expands when filled to support an upright pack. A zipper allows repeated opening and closing; the film structure is chosen for the product’s barrier needs.

8-side-seal (flat-bottom) bags

Pet food, coffee, tea, grains, protein powders and bulk dry foods.

A rectangular base and side gussets form a box-like pack. Five panels provide space for branding and product information; size and closure are matched to the contents.

Quad-seal pouches

Dry pet food, animal feed and larger-volume dry goods.

Four corner seals define the side-gusseted shape. The corner layout and filled-pack shape should be agreed from a drawing or sample, especially for penguin-style formats.

Spout pouches

Sauces, purees, liquid condiments, drink concentrates and household liquid refills.

The pouch, spout and cap are specified together for filling and dispensing. Fitment size and position depend on viscosity, filling equipment and any heat treatment.

Single-serve snacks, jelly products, pet treats and personal-care products.

A custom outline gives the pack a distinctive shape. The design must leave enough space for edge seals, opening features and any spout or fitment.

Carton liners, bulk ingredient protection and industrial packaging.

An expanded rectangular base fits box-shaped containers. This open-top bulk liner is distinct from a retail flat-bottom pouch; film thickness and toughness depend on the load.

MATERIALS / PROCESS / STORAGE

Match the film structure to your product.

Match the film structure to your product.

Match the film structure to your product.

Bag shape and material structure are separate decisions. Retort, vacuum, freezing and shelf-life requirements guide the choice of films, adhesives and seal layers. Suitability must be checked for the filled pack and its actual use conditions. Discuss material selection for your pack.

Retort-ready structures

For ready meals, cooked meat, egg products and wet pet food. We review films, adhesives, seals and puncture risks against the actual retort cycle, including heating, pressure and cooling. Product-filled trials are needed before production approval. Read the retort pouch troubleshooting guide.

Vacuum-pack structures

For meat, seafood and prepared foods. Film toughness and seals must suit the product shape, sharp edges and vacuum equipment. Vacuum packing alone does not make food shelf-stable; the required processing and storage conditions still apply.

Frozen-food structures

For frozen vegetables, dumplings, seafood and prepared meals. We review low-temperature flexibility, puncture risks, filling weight and handling against your specified cold-chain and storage conditions.

Foil and metallized laminates

For products that need protection from light, moisture or oxygen. Aluminum foil and metallized films provide different barrier properties. The structure is selected against product sensitivity, shelf-life targets and distribution conditions.

Paper-plastic laminates

For dry foods, tea, coffee and everyday products with a paper-look finish. The inner film and sealant must suit the contents. A paper outer layer does not by itself make a multilayer pack recyclable.

PE and coextruded films

For liners, mailing bags and suitable food or everyday-product applications. Thickness, opacity, toughness and sealing behavior depend on the use. Food-contact suitability is assessed for the intended product and conditions.

Opening features, handles and finishes.

Opening features, handles and finishes.

Zippers, tear notches, handles, hanging holes, rounded corners, windows and print finishes can be discussed for your chosen format. For wipes, hand warmers, personal-care products, spare parts or other applications, send a sample or drawing so we can review the opening, seals and material requirements.
