Flexible Packaging Printing & Manufacturing
Overview
Flexible packaging production brings material selection, print quality and bag performance together. We coordinate printing, lamination and pouch conversion around the agreed product requirements, order quantity and delivery plan.
Our production setup includes 5 high-speed printing production lines and over 20 precision pouch-making machines. Material options include barrier films, foil laminates, mono-material structures and paper-based laminates. The material and production route are reviewed against the product, filling process, storage conditions and required pack performance.
To request a quote. Send the product, bag format, dimensions or sample, material structure if known, filling or processing conditions, quantity, number of designs and delivery destination. For rollstock, add film width, print repeat, unwind direction, core size and packing-machine model. Compare bag formats and material considerations if you are still choosing.
MOQ and pricing. Ask us to confirm the minimum order quantity and cost for your bag size, material structure, printing requirements and order volume. State whether this is a new design or a repeat order with existing cylinders. Confirm whether sampling, cylinder work and freight are included in the quotation.

Process
HUAYN coordinates packaging design, gravure cylinder making, material conversion, printing preparation, and quality checks through one clear workflow. This helps reduce fragmented communication, align each production stage, and move flexible packaging projects from concept to production with better timing, print consistency, and project visibility.
Production-Oriented Design

Design developed around bag structure, artwork requirements and the agreed printing specification.
German-Engineered Precision
02
Leveraging world-class German HELL technology to craft ultra-precise cylinders for premium output.
High-Speed Color Consistency
03
Color references and production checks are coordinated to support consistent print across repeat orders.
One-Stop Synchronized Workflow
04
One workflow coordinates production, agreed quality checks and delivery arrangements.
Deliverables
Finished pouches or printed rollstock are produced to the agreed artwork, material structure and dimensional requirements. Inspection methods, acceptance criteria, supporting records and packing arrangements are confirmed for the order. Suitability for the intended filling and use conditions should be checked before full-scale production.
Before production. Confirm the artwork version, dimensions, material structure, proof or sample approval and color reference. See our artwork and prepress preparation for the files and approval checkpoints.
Production lead time. Under normal working conditions, production is completed within 15 working days for initial orders and within 10 working days for subsequent orders, counted from formal contract signing. These periods refer to production completion, not dispatch or arrival; confirm shipping arrangements separately.
Acceptance and records. Agree the inspection items, sampling method and acceptance criteria for dimensions, appearance, color, seals and any use-specific testing. Confirm which inspection records can accompany your order. Discuss these requirements with our quality and logistics team.
