Hao Ding is the Founder of the company. With over a decade of hands-on experience in industrial printing and flexible packaging, he is well-versed in the entire production spectrum, from flexo and gravure printing to post-press lamination. He founded the company with a straightforward mission: leveraging advanced digital prepress and manufacturing technologies to provide efficient, one-stop packaging solutions for global brands. Today, he oversees long-term business engineering, core technology integration, and global supply chain management.

PengHao Zhu is the Gravure Production Director, fully responsible for daily plant operations, scheduling, and the implementation of Lean manufacturing. He brings extensive shop-floor management experience and specializes in optimizing high-speed gravure presses. On a daily basis, he ensures high-efficiency and safe delivery of high-volume orders by streamlining ink viscosity control and strict solvent residue testing, continuously driving plant OEE.

Yang Li is the Packaging Strategy Director. His role is to bridge market demands with industrial manufacturing, translating brand concepts into practical packaging structures. He has extensive experience in material properties, shelf aesthetics, and compliance. In the early stages of a project, he focuses on evaluating market sustainability regulations and the viability of recyclable substrates, ensuring solutions balance visual performance with commercial efficiency.

Rui Yao is the Head of Prepress & Color Management, commanding the quality defense lines for color fidelity. She specializes in advanced spot color matching, digital proofing calibration, and the standardization of prepress workflows. Under her stewardship, the team strictly adheres to international G7/GMI color standards, ensuring visual assets maintain a minimal and constant Delta E (color variance) across different production runs and flexible substrates.

Sophia Nguyen is the Production Workflow Manager. She is primary responsible for re-engineering and optimizing the digital information chain, from prepress proofing and cylinder engraving to final press runs. By introducing advanced workflow management software, she eliminates communication blind spots and procedural redundancies, successfully shortening production turnaround time from design to mass manufacturing.

HongChen Che is the Printing Process Engineer, focusing on resolving technical bottlenecks and testing new materials on the production floor. His expertise covers ink adhesion analysis, surface tension evaluation, and the optimization of coating processes. When working with innovative biodegradable films or high-barrier film structures, he calibrates the ideal impression pressure and drying temperatures to ensure stable quality.

On the technical front, YuHan Wang is the Color & Prepress Specialist, working directly with core data such as ICC profiles and dot gain calibration. He executes high-precision color separation and prepress trapping, translating raw graphic designs into optimized digital data for cylinder engraving, preventing color shifting at the production source.

ZhenHua Wang is the Gravure Cylinder Engineer. The precision of printing cylinders directly determines the graphic resolution of the packaging. ZhenHua’s main focus is operating high-precision electronic engraving machinery, strictly controlling copper and chrome plating hardness, cell depth, and doctor blade angles. Every cylinder he delivers achieves micron-level accuracy, laying a solid physical foundation for high-quality volume printing.

Shuo Fang is the Senior Packaging Designer. Beyond visual aesthetics, she is well-versed in flexible packaging bag structures and manufacturing feasibility. Her routine involves prototyping packaging concepts using specialized inks, selective UV proofing, and foil stamping effects, ensuring every creative vision can be flawlessly replicated on the automated assembly lines without structural waste.

YiNing Li is the Production Operations Lead, focusing on lean manufacturing metrics and supply chain cost control. By optimizing raw material inventory, press scheduling, and reducing substrate and ink waste, he helps the workshop lower unit operational costs while maintaining peak quality. Additionally, he collaborates with tech teams to advance the plant's green metrics and lower its carbon footprint.

On the client-facing side, HaoXuan Yue acts as the Client Project Manager. Leveraging his solid prepress background, he directly engages with global clients' technical teams, fluently and accurately addressing inquiries regarding proofing, color variances, and engineering constraints. He builds an efficient and transparent communication channel between a client's expectations and the plant's actual output.

ang Chen is the Packaging Production Coordinator, serving as the operational link connecting all stages along our prepress-to-postpress line. His daily responsibility is to track order lifecycles, coordinate scheduling between design, prepress, engraving, and press workshops, and resolve any immediate workflow or material bottlenecks, ensuring every batch of flexible packaging is delivered on time and up to standard.
