A packaging revision can affect artwork, cylinder data and the printing plan. The teams involved need a clear record of the approved version and the requirements that apply to the order.
Solution
HUAYN coordinates artwork review with cylinder preparation and printing requirements. Production information is agreed before the job moves between stages, and delivery arrangements are planned around the order.
Finished packaging is checked before dispatch. Products identified as nonconforming are removed from the delivery batch.
Result
The workflow centres on an approved set of production information and an agreed delivery plan. Inspection and sorting before dispatch support the quality of the packaging supplied to the customer.
