HUAYN coordinates artwork approval, cylinder preparation and press requirements before printing. During production, the team checks print appearance and registration against the job requirements.
Finished packaging is inspected before dispatch. Products identified as nonconforming are removed from the delivery batch.
Results
Inspection and sorting before dispatch help improve the quality of the packaging delivered to the customer. The quality of that shipment and the amount of waste generated during manufacture are separate measures.
Any stated acceptance rate needs a clear basis: the batch covered, the inspection criteria and the number of products checked. It should also say whether it refers to the original production output or the shipment after rejected products were removed.
