We coordinated flexible packaging printing for TerraPack Goods, supporting material control, color matching, and production checks before delivery.
Introduction
TerraPack Goods had already developed a clean packaging direction for its flexible packaging products — but as the project moved closer to production, visual design alone was not enough. The team needed the final packaging to remain consistent across materials, colors, and repeated print runs.
The challenge was not creating another design concept. It was turning approved artwork into packaging that could be printed reliably, checked clearly, and delivered without unnecessary production uncertainty. That’s where HUAYN came in.

Challenge
Flexible packaging printing becomes difficult when artwork, material selection, color matching, and production coordination are handled separately. Small differences in film, ink, machine settings, or print tension can create visible changes in the final packaging.
TerraPack Goods needed to:
• Maintain color consistency across production
• Prepare artwork for real printing conditions
• Coordinate materials, printing requirements, and delivery timing
• Reduce uncertainty before mass production
The problem wasn’t effort — it was fragmentation.
Solution
HUAYN didn’t simply send the artwork to print. Instead, we built a workflow that connected file review, material requirements, color matching, and production checks into one clear printing path.
The workflow included:
• Production file review
• Color matching and print feasibility checking
• Material and printing requirement coordination
• Printing production support
• Quality control before delivery
By connecting these steps, TerraPack Goods could move forward with fewer handoffs and clearer production decisions.

Results
After the project, TerraPack Goods had a clearer path from approved design to production-ready flexible packaging. The workflow helped reduce uncertainty before printing, improve communication between design and production, and support more consistent packaging results.
Key outcomes:
• Better color consistency across production
• Clearer communication between design and printing
• More reliable production preparation
• Quality checks before final delivery
More importantly, the project moved from approved artwork to finished packaging with fewer gaps between design intent and manufacturing execution.
