Introduction
A distinguished player in the gourmet ingredient sector decided to execute a bold, eco-forward market repositioning of their signature roasted seed line. To capture the attention of tier-one health food distributors, they aimed to replace their outdated generic packaging with an upscale, matte-finished stand-up pouch featuring complex organic line art and precise brand elements.

Challenge
The redesign ran into immediate trouble due to broken text alignment and sluggish time-zone delays with a third-party design broker, which dragged out simple layout adjustments over several painful weeks. This severe administrative drag meant early film samples suffered from registration shifting on the press, putting their crucial seasonal purchase-order delivery date at immense risk.

We output high-definition cylinders to stabilize the complex fine-line graphics, utilizing our state-of-the-art rotogravure machinery to flawlessly balance the intricate ink distribution. Our quality control team performed automated, frame-by-frame color audits, followed by a custom, staggered dispatch schedule tailored to feed their localized co-packing hubs seamlessly.
