Discuss the pack and the product together
Start with the product, intended storage conditions and filling process. State whether you need roll film or finished pouches, then provide the dimensions, closure requirements and current material structure if available. The packaging types page can help identify the format you want to discuss.
If a barrier, recyclability or other performance requirement matters to the project, include the target and supporting specification. Material suitability and test requirements need to be agreed for the particular product and market.
Prepare artwork for production review
Send the current artwork version, dieline or dimensional drawing, number of designs and colour references. Flag text, barcode data or images that are still awaiting approval. HUAYN coordinates packaging design and prepress with gravure cylinder preparation and printing, so these details help define the work before production is scheduled.
Confirm what the quotation covers
Include the quantity for each design, required delivery location and target date. Ask which samples, proofs and inspection records are included, and identify any approval that must happen before cylinders or printing are released.
