To survive aggressive handling and heavy pallet stacking during national distribution, the product required an advanced multi-tier barrier matrix capable of preserving rich nutrient profiles and volatile flavor aromas without any structural leakage.

The brand’s launch schedule buckled due to sluggish email delays with an outsourced brokerage firm, which spent three weeks misinterpreting critical technical specifications regarding foil layer thickness and drop-test thresholds. Solution

We deployed an optimized PET/AL/Nylon/PE multi-layer composite that completely isolates odors, running the artwork on our precise rotogravure lines using robust, food-safe curing agents. After conducting automated, inline leak detection on every single unit, we executed a customized, rolling freight dispatch to feed their nationwide canning facilities on a tight, just-in-time sequence.
