Challenge
Barrier and seal requirements need to be considered alongside the way the pouch will be filled, handled and stored. The artwork and production specifications must describe the same agreed pack.
Solution
HUAYN reviews the pouch and print requirements before cylinder preparation and production. The material structure and the checks required for the order are agreed as part of that review.
Finished pouches are inspected before dispatch, and products identified as nonconforming are removed from the delivery batch.
Result
The inspection and sorting step helps control the quality of the pouches supplied to the customer. It does not establish a zero-failure rate for the original production output.
Leak or drop-test results need to identify the pack tested, sample size and test conditions before they are used to describe a production run.
